Worst President- G.W. Bush not even close!
Submitted by MattBoyington on Thu, 05/01/2008 - 15:45.Criticism of our president has been very present, especially over the war in Iraq, yet his approval rating is much higher than congress. It is true; he may not be the greatest public speaker, but since 9-11, our country has enjoyed six years of security. After all, the citizens of the United States elected him for eight years. In a matter of weeks a dangerous dictatorship was toppled and oppressed people were free. It is far too early to say the Iraq invasion was a failure.

It might be Clinton's last chance, who trails Obama by 144 delegates, with more than 4 million democratic voters in the state of Pennsylvania. Philadelphia, the states most populous city, is a big key to winning the primary.
Could Pope Benedict XVI Influence the Election?

Many Catholics from all over the country will be there to listen and seek his guidance. Should the presidential candidates take this into account, considering that there are 70 million American Catholics that make up 20 percent of the electoral vote. Not to mention the fact, that Catholic voters have picked the winner in eight out of the last nine presidential elections.
Clinton the Only One Capable of Ending the War?

According to CNN.com, Clinton, on Wednesday, argued that she is the only presidential candidate capable of ending the war in Iraq.
"One candidate will continue the war and keep the troops in Iraq indefinitely. One candidate only says he will end the war," she said while campaigning in Pennsylvania.
"And one candidate is ready, willing and able to end the war and to rebuild our military while honoring our soldiers and our veterans."

Is McCain's Citizenship in Jeopardy?

The Constitution requires that only "natural born" citizens hold the nations highest office. However, the Panama Canal Zone was a U.S. territory when McCain was born. His father was stationed there by the Navy.

"I could just stand up here and say 'let's get everybody together, let's get unified.' The sky will open, the light will come down, celestial choirs will be singing and everyone will know we should do the right thing and the world will be perfect," said Clinton after responding to the rhetoric of Obama.

Clinton and Obama are trying to get this message across, especially in states like Wisconsin and Ohio. According to CNN.com, Clinton is stressing economic policies that focus on programs to help families burdened by high oil costs, health care costs, and student loans.
